ALBUS Travel operates daily bus transportation services between Pristina (Kosovo) and Skopje (North Macedonia). We provide:

3.1 Booking Process: By completing a booking on our website, you agree to purchase bus tickets under these terms. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3.2 Payment: We accept payments via credit/debit card through our secure payment partner, Paysera. All transactions are processed securely and your payment information is never stored on our servers.

3.3 Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (e-ticket) via email. This e-ticket serves as proof of purchase and must be presented to the driver when boarding.

3.4 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Prices include applicable taxes and are final at the time of booking.

4. E-Tickets and Travel

4.1 E-Ticket Delivery: E-tickets are sent to the email address provided during booking. Please ensure your email address is correct.

4.2 Boarding: You must present your e-ticket (printed or on mobile device) along with your booking reference to the driver when boarding.

4.3 Passenger Details: The lead passenger (whose email is provided) is responsible for ensuring all passenger names are correct at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Changes to travel date or time may be possible subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. A €3 change fee per ticket applies.
